ForeFlight

I love flying to/over/around/above interesting places. And I love taking photos of those interesting places while flying. To help me doing so I have created a number of ForeFlight Content Packs with places I have been to or I would love to get to.

If you don’t know what ForeFlight is, this blog is probably not interesting to you at all. On the other hand, if you use ForeFlight as your moving map and navigation app when flying, you may be interested in downloading some or all of my content packs.

All my ForeFlight content packs can be found here (or use button below). Feel free to download and use them in your own ForeFlight setup as you wish. The easiest way to install my content packs is to navigate this page on your iOS device, download the content packs one by one and then use ForeFlight to open the downloaded files. Don’t unzip the files in order to install them, ForeFlight will do this for you. Further instructions (but you don’t need them) on how to install ForeFlight content packs can be found here.

Denmark Package

This is a package with landmarks from my home country of Denmark. Enjoy.

USA Package

USA has so many beautiful places to fly. This package contains a lot of landmarks plus all national parks, national monuments, national shores and more.

Canada Package

Geological landmarks and other fun places to fly in Canada. This package also contains all national parks in Canada.

Iceland Package

Iceland has an abundance of interesting geological landmarks and other features which can be seen from a small plane. I have flown Iceland many times and have visited most of these places.

Volcanoes of the World Package

All major volcanoes in the world. I love flying to, over and around volcanoes. And whenever possibly, I also love to climb them if possible. This package contains all major volcanoes of the world.

Denali Reporting Points

Fly the glaciers of Denali in a Super Cub? Alaska Range is one of the most stunning mountain ranges I have ever seen. Flying there is awesome, but you will not be alone. Many planes fly this area out of Talkeetna, most with tourists and climbers. With this package you will know all the reporting points and what frequencies to use.

Mexico Package

These packages (one with landmarks and five with VFR sectionals) contains Mexican VFR maps plus a list of waypoints for interesting geological landmarks in Mexico.
