Dobbiaco Ballooning

January 2024 – For the 9th time in 11 years I went to the Alps to fly hot air balloons for a week. This year I didn’t bring my own hot air balloon (first time), I was instead crew on Christoffer Mundt’s team. We ended up doing three flights, the first two in virtually no wind where we landed less than a kilometer from Dobbiaco. The last flight was a classic Alps Ballon Flight south to the Balluno Valley.
