Diving Mexican Cenotes

December 2023 – Diving Mexican cenotes for the second time. Exactly three years after visiting Yucatán for the first time, I came back to dive even more of the beautiful cenotes. This time together with my daughter Anna and her boyfriend Andreas.

We dived for five days, two dives each day. We ended up diving Chac Mool I and II (first day), Kin-Ha and Maravilla (second day), Dream Gate I and II (third day), Tak Be Luum and Taak Bi Ha (fourth day) and The Pit/Profundo and Nicte-Ha (last day).

We did all the diving with the small family run business A’ HA’ Scuba Diving, which I highly recommend. We stayed in an Airbnb in Playa del Carmen and everyday Carolina sent us a Google map pin and meeting time for where and when to meet. Super easy. They supplied everything, we only brought our wetsuits.

The video below has some footage from the last eight dives. GoPro was not allowed during the first two dives on the first day.

The pictures below are from above water 🙂
