June 2020 – During May and June 2020 I made five flights in my old Piper Cob named Bessie over central Copenhagen. Bessie (OY-BSS) is a PA11, Piper Cub Special, manufactured in 1949 and restored in 1991.
A Piper Cub is the perfect aircraft for aerial photography. The airplane is slow, easy to handle and can be flown with window and door fully open.
I took more than two thousands pictures during my flights. Below you will find hundred or so of my best pictures from these flights. I used a Nikon 850 with Nikkor 70-200 2.8. Editing of selected pictures was done using Luminar 4 which I highly recommend.
